In 2001 our company was transformed into a commercial law company and received ISO 9001 Quality Management Certificate.

Thirty years of experience, hundreds of accomplished investments and numeorus awards have placed Lepiko Sp z o.o. among the top companies in the Region of Wielkopolska.

Block of flats No.1 - Technical Acceptance

In August 2009 block of flats No.1 in Oborniki successfully underwent final Technical Acceptance. The process of handing over the flats to new residents has begun.

The end of block of flats No.1 construction (Oborniki)

Finishing works on Oborniki construction site are drawing to an end. Lepiko Ltd as a main contractor is preparing to hand over the site. The first owners will receive the keys to their flats in August 2009.
