Block of flats No.1 - Technical Acceptance
In August 2009 block of flats No.1 in Oborniki successfully underwent final Technical Acceptance. The process of handing over the flats to new residents has begun.
The end of block of flats No.1 construction (Oborniki)
Finishing works on Oborniki construction site are drawing to an end. Lepiko Ltd as a main contractor is preparing to hand over the site. The first owners will receive the keys to their flats in August 2009.
Lepiko Ltd is taking part in Poznan City Stadium’s extension
Lepiko Ltd as a subcontractor is preparing to take over the construction site. For the next twelve months the company will be carrying out the finishing works on Poznan City Stadium’s stands 2 and 3. The contract was commissioned to Lepiko Ltd by Hydrobudowa Polska S.A.
Bonding event
On 17th May warm spring evening we met at a company bonding event in a tent near Lime Tree Palace in Swarzędz. We danced all night accompanied by the hits played by a DJ and took part in many competitions.
Lepiko at Budma Fair
On 22-25 January Poznań International Construction Fair BUDMA 2007 was held. The fair was visited by over 50,000 guests from 34 countries. Most of them were registered as professionals in the field. During BUDMA nearly 1,300 exhibitors from 28 countries, among them LEPIKO , presented their new developments, which confirmed a professional character of BUDMA Fair.
Lepiko awarded Business Gazelle
In January 2008, as one of the most dynamically developing firms, Lepiko was honoured with a diploma of “Business Gazelle 2007".
The competition is organised by "Puls Biznesu". According to the rating, our company belongs to the top companies of the year, which makes us very happy and motivates to further work.
30-year anniversary with our employees
- "Thirty years have passed, as if it was only one day…" these were the words sung by the guests of a birthday meeting of Lepiko employees. The meeting was held in a charming place in Skórzewo which is called Chata Wiejska. Although – apart from Ewa and Krzysztof Dybizbański – the owners of the company, none of the guests remembered the beginnings, throughout the years of work they got very attached to Lepiko.
30-year anniversary of Lepiko with VIPs
On 24th May 2007 r. Lepiko celebrated its 30th birthday in „Piano Bar” in Old Brewery (Stary Browar). There were over 120 guests who were welcomed by Wiesław Kot (deputy editor of "Wprost"), in his one and only original style.
